How do I set up a fundraising page for Sensathon?
I’ve set up my fundraising page for the wrong franchise, what do I do?
Don’t worry, just email JustGiving the link to your fundraising page and the name of the franchise the page should have been set up for, and we’ll get it sorted for you.
I have 2 children fundraising – why can’t I create a page for them each?
Sadly, only one Sensathon fundraising page can be created per account. You need to create a new account to create a second page. But you can have 2 children fundraising on the same page – and we find this works best. When you create a page you are prompted for up to 2 children’s names. If you have any problems just email JustGiving help@justgiving.com.
I’ve fundraised online – how do I get the money to you?
If you’ve used an online fundraising page to raise money, it will come over to Tommy’s automatically. Please just ensure all your donations are on your page by the fundraising deadline of 12 June 2022.
Can I use a paper sponsorship form?
Of course. You can download one and follow the instructions here.
Where do you send prizes?
Certificates and prizes will be sent to the address that you provided when you created your JustGiving page. If you have moved just update your address here https://www.justgiving.com/user-account/personal.
When is the fundraising deadline?
12 June 2022.
When will I receive my prizes?
Prizes and certificates will be posted out in August 2022. This is because it takes us 3 weeks from the fundraising deadline to get all the donations onto the system, and then we allow a little time for the packing and posting.
What happens if I miss the fundraising deadline?
Please still send your money in to us! We will always try our best to send prizes as long as we have them.
